Story
In the waters of Kasumigaura, Ibaraki Prefecture, there appears to be a significant heat source reaction to Godzilla's presence.
Due to this urgent report, a deployment request has been issued to the crew of Special Naval Defense Vessel No. 526, including yourself. To defeat Godzilla, you must either lure him to the deep waters of the Pacific Ocean or attract him. Special Naval Defense Vessel No. 526 is designed to resemble Godzilla and is equipped to emit the roar of Godzilla from a previous landing. The mission is to attract and guide Godzilla, who may mistake the vessel for an intruder in his territory, putting your life on the line.
The operation will lead you to a site that was once a naval air base during wartime (Kashima Naval Air Group Ruins), where the legendary local fighter plane "Shinden" remains abandoned in a hangar.
After guiding Godzilla to the target location, you must quickly evacuate to the shelter inside the base as quickly as possible! If the operation is successful, Shinden aircraft will take over the task of guiding Godzilla to the deep-sea area.
